Why do you hate avenged sevenfold

I want to ask you something completley unrelated to the present thread: The TS your selling I've been thinking about picking up a tube screamer as of late but I haven't played one. How would you describe it compared to other distortions? Would it be good for metal? They are a band that aren't trying terribly hard. They're trying to be a modern Motley Crue, but and it pains me to say this they don't have the balls.

Its a boost not a distortion pedal however. It helps tighten up your amp and add gain if you want. It is one of the best most recognized stomp boxes in the world.

Let me know if youre interested. Okay, I'll be the first to admit I can't sweep worth a pick. But I'd bet Yngwie playing that same run, with the same amount of distortion, would of sounded a lot cleaner. Now a question I always said "suspended 2nd". Granted, suss two is easier to say, but I wasn't allowed, or else I like 'em, they write some catchy tunes and the guitarist ain't bad.

Beats the fuck out of the cookie monster shit most of you guys listen to. But they do paint the same picture sonically with every tune I've heard. Always the same tonality and mood. One of my friends lent me what I think was their second album Waking the Fallen. I enjoyed it at first, because I took it as a sort of tongue-in-cheek throwback to 90's metal Metallica, Pantera, etc.

Then I looked into them a bit more and realized it isn't tongue-in-cheek at all. These dudes are dead serious. Looking at the music under that light, it becomes absolutely laughably bad.

It was enjoyable when I thought it was mostly a joke, though. I can definitely pick out their influences. Although a bit confused, they pull it off ok. They're scared of new bands taking over their genre. They're just scared of change. Those are the people that are the most vocal online and they bitch the most: 'Oh, this band sucks.

They'll never be as good as so-and-so. We put out a surprise-release album ['s 'The Stage' ] that was considered one of our worst-selling albums and it was still one of the biggest rock albums of the entire year in the entire world and that was our worst album. I think as long as people have a strong opinion, whether they love or hate us, I think we're doing something right. Zacky : "It's hard to say. We're very, very fortunate to be able to play these shows that we are playing.

But it's important for a band like us to go out there and put on the best show that we can. That means blow stuff up and play loud and give the fans their money's worth. It really needs to be a show. It's taken a lot of these bands their careers to get to the level that they're at. They're playing stadiums across the entire planet.

Even though it seems like their heyday was back when MTV and the radio played their songs all the time, the truth is that they've gotten bigger now because they play all the time and people know they're going to get a great show. You get different generations. You have dads bringing their dads and people bringing their own sons and entire families coming to the concerts.

Shadows shares that the band still have quite a few things left to finish when the COVID pandemic is over. They have been able to earn this wealth by being involved in music. They have released five albums and have performed many concerts too. Diamonds in the Rough reissue.

Avenged Sevenfold are considered one of the greatest metal bands because they make amazing metal. Album sales are a gross metric for measuring how good a metal band is considering many revolutionary bands have low sales. Why is avenged sevenfold hated? Who died from Avenged Sevenfold?

Is the Rev dead? What disease did the Rev have? Who replaced Jimmy The Rev Sullivan? Was Jimmy Sullivan a good drummer?
